3. Coaching services

Align to Light offers coaching designed to support personal development, wellbeing, mindset, self-awareness and positive life change.

Coaching may include discussion, reflection, exercises, meditation, mindset practices and other approaches appropriate to the coaching relationship.

The exact content and structure of a coaching programme will depend on the service agreed between you and Lizzie Cooke Wellness.

4. Coaching is not healthcare

Coaching is not medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care or emergency healthcare.

Nothing provided through Align to Light should be considered a diagnosis or treatment of a medical or psychological condition.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service.

5. Your responsibility

Coaching works best as a collaborative process.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and results.

Lizzie Cooke Wellness does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, health, financial or life outcome from coaching.

You are responsible for deciding whether a particular exercise, suggestion or approach is appropriate for you.

6. Booking and payment

At present, coaching services are not purchased through an online checkout on this website.

If you enquire about coaching, the arrangements, including the service, dates, fees and payment method, will be agreed with you separately before the coaching relationship begins.

Where a separate written agreement or booking confirmation is provided, its terms will also apply.

7. Appointments and cancellations

When a coaching appointment has been agreed, please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange it.

The cancellation and rescheduling arrangements applicable to your particular coaching service will be communicated to you before the service begins.

Where applicable, statutory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights will take precedence over any contractual cancellation terms.

8. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable, consumers entering into a distance contract for services may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within the applicable withdrawal period.

Information about withdrawal and cancellation is provided separately in the Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation policy.

Where you expressly request that a service begins during the withdrawal period, additional rules may apply if you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share during coaching will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable legal obligations and circumstances in which disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety or comply with the law.

You should avoid sharing information that you do not wish to communicate through third-party communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
