Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer and you enter into a distance contract for coaching services with Lizzie Cooke Wellness, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

Where the statutory right applies, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

This right applies only where provided for by applicable consumer protection law.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract before the applicable withdrawal period has expired.

You can contact Lizzie Cooke Wellness through the WhatsApp contact option provided on this website.

Your communication should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the coaching agreement and, where possible, include your name and the service concerned.

You do not have to use a particular form of words to exercise your right.

3. Requesting that coaching begins during the withdrawal period

If you ask me to begin providing coaching services before the end of the applicable 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request that the service begins before that period has expired.

If you subsequently exercise your right of withdrawal, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied up to the point at which you communicated your withdrawal, where this is required by applicable law.

4. Services that have been fully performed

Where a service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply where you expressly requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that your right to withdraw would be lost once the service had been fully performed.

5. Cancellation outside the statutory withdrawal period

Once the applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the arrangements agreed with you when your coaching service is booked.

I will aim to be reasonable and fair when dealing with cancellations and changes to appointments.

6. Refunds

Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal and a refund is due, the refund will be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Where payment has been made, refunds will normally be made using the same payment method originally used, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.

7. No online checkout currently

At present, Align to Light does not provide an online checkout or online payment facility.

Coaching services are arranged directly with Lizzie Cooke Wellness.

The relevant service, price, dates, payment arrangements and cancellation terms will be communicated and agreed with you before the coaching service begins.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict or remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides you with rights that differ from those described here, the mandatory legal provisions will apply.
